The Origin of White Tea from Quanganghui

Quanganghui White Tea History Origin

Zhejiang Green Tea Quangang Huibai is mainly produced in the Qianggang Village, which is adjacent to Shangyu in the northeast of Jixian County. It is named after the “Qianggang Huibai” because it produces green tea and blooms. After changing the former Okaoka for the sake of peace and water like tea, there is an evolutionary process. During the Tang and Song Dynasties, the Zhejiang green tea xixi tea was made into a group cake. The Song dynasty and early Ming dynasties were transformed into loose tea. As to when this round-shaped non-circular shape was formed, there was no exact record. However, most scholars in the tea industry think that Zhejiang green tea springs and white waters are earlier than Pingshui tea, that is, the round water tea beads are evolved from the round, non-circular Zhejiang green tea springs. In this way, the appearance of Zhejiang green tea spring white has formed at least in the early Qing Dynasty. During the Qing Emperor Kangxi and Yongzheng years, the sea ban was opened, and the Ping Shui Tea began to be exported to Jiaqing and Xianfeng, which expanded year by year to reach the peak of Tongzhi and Guangxu. In order to meet the needs of export sales, we continued to improve the frying technology, increase the degree of round knots, and enhance the aesthetic appearance. However, Zhejiang green tea Quangang Huibai still maintains its original shape in the early Qing Dynasty. So the two have their own way. One is to export green tea and the other is domestic tea.
