Test transformer operation flow
Analyze the test transformer operation box operation process:
1. Check the test transformer and measure the rated output voltage of the winding so that it matches the operation box (stage).
2. Connect the connection between the test transformer and the operation box (stage) according to the wiring diagram.
3. Turn on the power, the power indicator light is on, and the time relay is preset to the required time. (Only KZX-50, 100 has this function). At this point the regulator should return to zero.
4. Turn the handwheel clockwise (KZX-50, 100 is electric boost, press the boost button), press 2KV/ evenly to the desired value.
5. Test the transformer turn-on time relay, the time relay starts timing (only KZX-50, 100 has automatic step-down function).
6. After the test is completed, turn the handwheel counterclockwise to zero position (KZX-50, 100 has a lead function). Press the stop button to turn off the power and disconnect the wiring.
7. During the test, if abnormal sound or smoke is detected, there is odor, etc., the boost should be stopped immediately, and the pressure is quickly reduced to zero. After the inspection is correct, the pressure can be further increased.
8. It is strictly forbidden to cut off the power supply during normal work.
9. If the carbon brush of the regulator is found to be excessively worn, the brush of the same specification should be replaced in time.
10. For long-term use, the insulation measurement must be made with a megger when reusing, and the resistance should be no less than 0.5M before continuing to use.
