Air floater

The air flotation machine is a device that removes suspended solids, grease and various gels from various industrial and municipal sewage. 1. The raw water enters the mixing reactor, and a medicament (deoiling agent or coagulant) is added to the mixing reactor to form a separable floc;

2. The pretreated sewage enters the air flotation device and is mixed with tiny bubbles (bubble diameters ranging from 30 to 50 um) released in the inlet water and gas-water mixture. These tiny bubbles adhere to the flocs in the sewage to form an air floating body having a specific gravity lower than that of water. The air floating body rises to the surface of the water and condenses into floating oil (or scum), and is scraped by the scraping oil (slag) machine to the oil collecting (slag) tank;

3. The heavier solid particles in the inlet chamber are precipitated here and discharged through the sand discharging valve. The system requires that the sand discharging valve be periodically opened to keep the inlet chamber clean;

4. The sewage enters the water distribution area of ​​the air flotation device, and the rapidly rising particles will float to the water surface; the slower rising particles are separated in the corrugated swash plate, and once a particle contacts the corrugated swash plate, it can counter the water flow under the action of buoyancy. 5. All heavy particles will sink, and the sinking particles will be collected by the bottom scraper and discharged by periodically opening the mud valve.
