Controlling long bean rust

At present, rust is common in long bean pods. The diseased field rate is 100%, and the diseased leaf rate is about 20%. It mainly affects the middle and lower old leaves, and there are also small amounts of stem vines and pods.

First, the symptoms

The leaves were infected, and the yellowish-white spots were raised. They rose slightly. They gradually enlarged afterwards and showed yellow-brown spots. In severe cases, the diseased area turned reddish-brown, and the leaves seemed to be cauterized at a distance. Finally, the leaves are dry, the function is lost, and the plants are old and die.

Second, the transmission route

Most pathogenic fungi use winter spores to survive winter in the field with the diseased body, invade the plants through the water flow on the leaves, and can be transmitted through wind and rain or irrigation.

Third, the incidence conditions

The bacteria prefers a warm and humid environment. The most suitable climatic conditions for the disease are temperatures of 23°C-27°C and relative humidity of 95% or more. Peak incidence peaked in the middle and late harvest. Poor crops, poor drainage, and excessively dense planting on the cultivation or plant plots, and poor ventilation and light transmission are heavy.

Fourth, prevention and control measures

Strengthen management and prevent and control with drugs in a timely manner. Select 20% triadimefon 2000-3000 times wettable powder, 50% carbendazim wettable powder 500 times, 20% difenoconazole microemulsion 2000 times spray, spray again at intervals of 10-15 days .
