2. When the ammonia refrigeration system discharges the sewage, the compressed air can be supplied by the air compressor or the ammonia refrigerator. The pressure of the compressed air generally does not exceed 0.6 MPa. The sewage outlet should be set at the lower part of the pipe, and the sewage discharge work can be grouped and segmented.

The method and test of sewage discharge are the same as the ammonia system. The freon system cannot use compressed air during the sewage and pressure test. The compressed air contains water vapor. If it remains in the Freon system, it will cause ice plugging or ice plugging in the Freon system.
7. In the process of sewage discharge, if there is obvious leakage of the pipe flange valve, it should be remedied in time. After the system is drained, the valve plug and filter of all valves of the system should be removed and cleaned.

7. Repeat the previous two steps until there are no leaks;
8. Close the low pressure circulating liquid reservoir (or gas-liquid separator) inlet valve and drain valve, close the drain bucket outlet valve and drain valve, compressor suction valve and drain valve, and fill the system with nitrogen to High pressure part test pressure;
9. Check the high pressure part, find the leak point, mark the mark, find out a batch of leak points, the operator is located in the safe position of the blowdown operation, unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the drain bucket, discharge the sewage and release the nitrogen;
10. Make up the leak, screw on the screw plug of the drain bucket, refill with nitrogen, and the operator is in the safe position of the blowdown operation to unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the high pressure reservoir, draining and releasing nitrogen.
11. Repeat the previous two steps until there are no leaks.
