first step

If the test program has been programmed, you can directly call up the program in the store search menu and read the board directly. If the program being tested needs to be re-edited, edit the new test program by pressing the program settings in the Edit menu.

Threshold setting: There are several sub-items in the threshold setting: not used, constant, quality control, formula, ratio, etc. Formula Threshold: Move the cursor to the formula threshold. There are five formulas in the machine to choose from. Select the corresponding formula according to the instructions on the kit, and then press the input key continuously to enter the formula to modify the K value parameter and gray. The zone value ( the modification of the K value parameter and the gray zone value, according to the data given in the kit description), press the enter key after the modification. QC: This setting only needs to input the gray zone value within the single threshold and press input. The above two items are the most common places to be tested and need to be modified. For example, if you want to use the quantitative test, you can choose not to use it. Skip this setting.
Step 5 Report Type Setting
Select this option with the following sub-items: Raw Data, Absorbance, Limits, Matrix Value, Threshold, Curve, Concentration, Difference. Qualitative tests generally select raw data reports, absorbance reports, and threshold reports; while quantitative tests generally select, raw data reports, absorbance reports, concentration reports, and curve reports.
Selection method: Move the cursor to the report to be selected, press the selection button to select the type of report to be selected, and then press the selection button to cancel the type of report just selected.
Curve reports can only be printed when the printer is built-in or used in conjunction with a computer.
Step 6 Standard Setting
This setting is for quantitative testing, and this setting is not available for qualitative testing.

Readings: There are two sub-items in the reading settings, namely reading speed and reading mode. Move the cursor to the reading speed option, which has a quick reading and a step-by-step reading. Use the right button to select between the two options. Fast reading single wavelength 6 seconds, dual wavelength 15 seconds; step reading: single wavelength 15 seconds, dual wavelength 30 seconds; move the cursor to the reading mode, there are two kinds of common readings and evaluation readings, right click in two Select back and forth in the options.
