The engine is difficult to start Under the normal conditions of the oil circuit, there are two reasons for this failure: First, the high voltage wire connected to the spark plug has a short circuit phenomenon, which is generally caused by serious leakage of electricity at the end of the spark plug, as long as the leakage part is cut off or replaced with a The new high-voltage line, the fault can be ruled out; Second, the spark plug leakage, multimeter resistance can be used to measure the insulation resistance between the spark plug center electrode and the side electrode, the resistance is infinite when normal, that is, the watch is not moving, if the watch hand swing, indicating the spark plug leakage, The larger the wrist is, the more serious the leakage is, and the new spark plug should be replaced. There are two possibilities to extinguish this fault immediately after start-up. First, there is debris in the fuel tank switch or tubing, but the oil circuit is completely blocked at the end. When it is just started, the oil level of the fuel tank float chamber is positive and can be supplied normally. When the engine catches fire, the oil path is smaller than the carburetor's fuel supply, and the floater's oil level drops. When the engine is lowered to the position where the oil cannot be supplied to the cylinder, the generator will self-extinguish. Only need to clear the oil road debris, can be dredged; Second, the ignition circuit is not working properly, when confirming that the spark plug jumps normally, mostly caused by poor insulation of the secondary coil insulation layer in the high voltage wire or ignition coil. This fault needs to be replaced with a high-voltage wire or ignition wire. The main reason for the short-time engine overheating is that the mixture is too thin. Over-lean mixture is the lack of fuel supply, oil supply is mainly due to lack of oil obstruction, when the flow of oil is not smooth, resulting in short supply; or a problem with the carburetor. Remedy: First of all, find out the reasons for the lack of oil supply, and then take specific measures to be cleaned or adjusted so that the oil route is smooth, adequate oil supply. Specifically, if the height of the oil in the float chamber is not enough, the needle valve card bracket should be adjusted so that the lower plane of the float is flush with the main volume hole; if the position of the oil needle clip spring is too high, the clamp spring can be moved down one grid. Others can be resolved by clearing and cleaning methods. The reason that the fire is suddenly cut off midway is that the contact gap of the magnetic motor is too large, the elastic force of the spring sheet weakens, or the air gap of the spark plug is too large. Adjustment method: Under the starter wheel, through the two inspection holes on the end face of the flywheel, a fastening screw fastened on the contact plate of the breaker contact is loosened, and the chassis is toggled counterclockwise so that the gap of the breaker contact is Within the O.25-O.35mm range, tighten the screws. Spark plug air gap adjustment method: the spark plug is unscrewed, wipe off the oil and remove coke, use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull the side electrode (do not move the center electrode) to adjust the air gap to O.6-O.7mm range . If after the above adjustment, there is still a broken fire when the engine is at a high speed, you should consider replacing the contact spring leaf.
