Precision ovens are widely used in laboratories, laboratories, electronic communications, plastics, cables, electroplating, hardware, optoelectronics, plastic products, molds, shoe materials, spray coating, printing, medical, aerospace and higher education.
Oven structure features
The oven adopts the new energy-saving and environment-friendly heating technology promoted by the state. The electric heating tube is heated by the power source to generate a heat source. When it is absorbed by the heated object, it can be directly converted into heat energy, thereby obtaining a quick drying effect, shortening the production cycle and saving energy. Improve product quality and other purposes.
structure
The oven box is made of angle steel and thin steel plate. The fiberglass insulation and insulation are filled between the outer casing and the studio. The heating system is located at the top of the studio. Horizontal circulation ventilation makes the temperature inside the box more uniform. This type of drying box can effectively avoid the gradient temperature difference and temperature overshoot in the studio, and can improve the temperature uniformity in the working chamber.
temperature control
It adopts intelligent program temperature controller to control temperature, PID parameter self-tuning, solid state relay power adjustment, no contact continuous adjustment, automatic completion of drying process, can meet the requirements of any curing curve, easy to operate, reliable performance. It is equipped with a thermal element probe to form an automatic constant temperature control. The temperature control accuracy is sensitive, and the temperature can be arbitrarily selected at room temperature ~300 °C. The temperature in the studio can be read directly from the meter. Constant temperature up to 99.99H
Precautions for using the oven in the laboratory
1. Place the oven and oven, and do not put inflammable and explosive items around the equipment.
2, pay attention to safe use of electricity, the oven should be placed indoors dry and degree, to prevent vibration and corrosion, use sufficient power leads, and should have a good grounding wire.
3. The oven with the electric contact metal mercury thermometer type thermostat should connect the two wires of the electric contact thermometer to the two terminals on the top of the box, and insert a common metal mercury thermometer into the exhaust valve. (The thermometer in the exhaust valve is used to calibrate the metal mercury thermometer of the electrical contact and observe the actual temperature inside the box.) Open the opening of the exhaust valve. Adjust the electrical contact metal mercury thermometer to the required temperature and tighten the screws on the steel cap. In order to achieve the purpose of constant temperature, but must pay attention to the adjustment, do not screw the indicator iron out of the scale.
4. When all preparations are ready, put the sample into the oven, then turn on the power. The red indicator light indicates that the box has been heated. When the temperature reaches the controlled temperature, the red light is off and the green light is on. The temperature is constant to prevent temperature control failure. It is also necessary to look after.
5. When placing the sample, it should be noted that the sample should not be placed too tightly on the heat sink. The test piece should not be placed to avoid affecting the flow of hot air. It is prohibited to bake flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items.
6. When you need to observe the sample in the office, you can open the outer door and observe through the glass door, but the door should be opened even if it is less open to avoid affecting the constant temperature, especially when working above 200 °C. The glass door may be quenched and broken.
7. There is an air-blasting oven. In the process of heating the constant temperature, the hair dryer must be turned on, otherwise it will affect the uniformity of the office temperature and damage the heating element.
8. The power should be turned off in real time after the work is completed to ensure safety.
9. The inside and outside of the oven should be clean.
10. When using, the temperature should not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the oven.
