1 Test materials and methods

1.1 Overview of the test site

The test site is located in the rice field of Ding Liguo, a farmer in Sifangshan Village, Wuyuan Town, Wuyuan County, Heilongjiang Province. The test area is 100 mu. The test site is flat and the traffic is convenient. The soil is chernozem, the soil fertility is medium, and the organic matter content is 5.3. %, PH value is 7.4.

The test site was turned over on April 20, 2018, and the base fertilizer was applied. The Sinochem 45% potassium sulfate composite fertilizer was applied, and 50 kg was applied per mu. On May 28th and June 10th, 2018, the application of green fertilizer and tiller fertilizer was applied. 46% of the urea was applied at 6Kg and 10Kg respectively. 1.2 Test design

In the same paddy field, plant protection drones and backpack-type manual sprayers are used to prevent and control rice blast, covering an area of ​​50 mu each.

1.3 Test products and equipment

The organic bio-pesticide 20 billion spores/ml of Bacillus subtilis dispersible oil suspension agent was selected and supplied by Deqiang Biotech Co., Ltd.

The MG-1 DJI UAV is used for spraying. The working box volume is 10L, the spray blessing is 4-6m, 4 nozzles, the working area per drive is 10 mu, and the spray volume per a mu is 1L.

1.5 Application time and method

1.6 Prevention and control of other diseases and pests

2 Summary
