High-temperature mushroom cultivation techniques

High-temperature mushroom, also known as big fat mushroom, high-temperature mushroom, double-ring mushroom, which is different from the bifido mushroom classification.

High-temperature mushrooms have the following characteristics: First, they are more adaptable and more heat resistant than Agaricus bisporus. The temperature for mycelial growth is 5°C higher than that of Agaricus bisporus, that is, the growth rate of Rose 30°C is higher than that of Agaricus bisporus. It is faster at 26°C, and the fruiting body still has a high rate of mushrooming at 23-25°C. Second, the high-temperature mushroom has strong stress resistance. It is suitable for extensive cultivation and is more resistant to heat, drought, and water. Carbon dioxide resistant to defense against nematodes, mushroom diseases, and even the pathogenic diseases of Agaricus bisporus fungus spores, walnuts and other bacteria have a strong resistance; the third is the mushroom open umbrella, injury is not easy to change color, resistance to extrusion Easy storage and transportation.

(i) Seed production: High-temperature mushrooms are suitable for growth on PDA medium. If the amount of PDA medium is used, adding another 10-15% glucose will promote mycelial growth. The high-temperature mushroom grows well on the feces culture medium, especially on the feces after the second fermentation. In the production of production species, when the mycelium full bottle after the planting, after 20-30 days sowing, than the average grain type delay 10-15 days, the effect is better. This is different from Agaricus bisporus.

(B) preparation: 1, formula: can refer to Agaricus formula. Calculated according to 100 square meters with dry straw 2000 kilograms, dry cow dung 1000 kilograms, cake powder 80 kilograms, urea 30 kilograms, sulfuric acid 30 kilograms, superphosphate 60 kilograms, plaster 50 kilograms, calcium sulfate 30 kilograms, lime 60 kilograms.

2. Stacking: Add 2% of lime to the heap, add 1% ammonium sulfate, 2% calcium phosphate, and 1% calcium sulfate after 2-3 days. When it is overturned, it is added into the compost evenly, and it is piled into 1 meter wide and 1.2 meters wide. The layer of straw is a layer of cow dung, and water and auxiliary materials are evenly added from the third layer. Heaves 1 heap in 3 days, then flips 1 again, for a total of 4 times. Add the auxiliary materials in the first three times, and then spray some water when turning over. When the material is squeezed, there is water drop.

3. Go to bed: Close the door of the mushroom house and disinfect it with an aerosol disinfectant. Spread 6.7 cm thick straw into the bottom of the bed, add 10-15% straw or bran, 2% superphosphate, and add the appropriate amount of water (water content 55%). The cultivating material piles are 8-10 cm high on the bed of rice straw that has been laid, and the middle part is 10-12 cm. The bed forms an arc. The material should not be too thick, otherwise it will increase the temperature of the material and cause a large area of pests and diseases.

4. Secondary Fermentation: Two days after going to bed, the temperature began to rise, and the secondary fermentation was started immediately after it began to decline. Steam in the mushroom room so that the material temperature reached 60 °C above, maintain 12-18 hours.

When the temperature rises to 69°C, there is no need to warm it up. After 18 hours, the temperature was lowered to the range of 45°C-52°C and maintained for 4-5 days, and the secondary fermentation was completed.

(3) Seeding: Before and after sowing, care should be taken to maintain the indoor air circulation. The ventilation window of the mushroom house should be properly opened. When the temperature is 28°C and the bed temperature is 30°C, it can be sowed.

The sowing rate of high-temperature mushroom should be slightly larger than that of Agaricus bisporus. Generally, it can be sown according to conventional methods and then sowed once after sowing so as not only to prevent the spread of diseases and insects, but also to promote the expansion of mycelium to the material layer, which is advantageous to early Cover the soil and increase production.

(iv) Overburden: Earth-covered materials should be strictly disinfected. Every cubic metre of dry earth is sprayed with 10 kg of 5% formaldehyde liquid and closed with a film for 24-48 hours and then mixed with 1-2% lime. The earth-covered material should be combined with the disinfection and pre-wetting before going to bed. The amount of pre-wet water is 50-70% of the normal amount of water after earth covering. Covering time, where spring sowing should be covered 30 days after sowing, and autumn sowing should be 20 days after sowing. In short, soil should be covered after the hyphae are almost full. The thickness of the cover soil is 3-4 cm and it is often kept moist. The cover soil is replenished 2-3 times according to the total amount. After each time the bed is dry, spray fine water.

(E) fruiting: Several days before fruiting, should reduce the ventilation. Spray water should be sufficient and the number should be increased in moderation. When the fruiting body appears, heavy water should be sprayed once and the indoor humidity is maintained at 75-85%.

High-temperature and high-humidity prone to bacterial speck disease, the use of lime powder sprinkled directly on the mushroom bed, or sprayed with 0.1% bleach solution on the mushroom bed to improve the mushroom bed PH value. Mushrooms should be kept clean, often to the ground or wall spray sterilization, insecticides.

Amino Series

Amino acid plays an important role in human and animal nutrition and health. It has wide use and prospect market. we are decided to develop an amino acid derivative compounds according to the company 's own personnel expertise . Currently we focus on the development of amino acid derivatives. Amino acid derivative is a compound derived from sequence of reactions by amino acid, the predecessor of the amino acid derivative is an amino acid. Under leading by Massachusetts Institute of Technology Dr. Wanghong Yao , synthesis tenology has continuous improvement, production process has continuous innovation. Our original synthesis method is on the transferring to the fermentation method , enzymatic method. Under strictly environmental pressure background, the method not only greatly reduce the pressure but also improve economic efficiency. Some of our products can reach production capacity in tons, we will take reasonable measures to try to meet the market demand , and strive to achieve on time delivery , delivery asap in timely period .
